I can't believe we have another very hot day. How many more can we endure. Everyone is wanting a rainy day!!
MAKES A CHANGE.
A perfect day for a BUZZARD to hunt for breakfast.
Lots of lovely plants bursting into flower etc. In the harsh morning light even DOCKS look vibrant, special.
This is the third type of orchid, or maybe the forth this year. I.ll get them all checked and then update this blog ..... soon.
SORREL, so much like DOCK, but oh so different. Delicious in salds, soups and with fish. Try the same with DOCK and you'll wannapuke!
This has been an amazing year for so many things; legion amongst them, BLACKFLY. They're all over this plant.
This COW PARSLEY looks divine, what a stunning plant, bejewelled with this shining fly. Common doesn't have to mean course.
This plant ( above and below) will need to be identified.
As will this 'YELLOW CLOVER'.
Last, but by no means least, the second set of DOG ROSES are now blooming and with the COW PARSLEY to show off its' small insect.
HAPPY DAY
