The lane into BRIMPTS FARM was a joy this morning.
The Devon banked hedges were covered in snowdrops,
they were like little jewels.
Often alongside the SNOWDROPS were DAFFODILS
quietly basking in the sunshine.
All in all a lovely spot to wander on a Sunday morning.
In the shady ditches I found LIVERWORTS
and FERNS,
some of them tiny.
The CHERRY and BLACKTHORN are in bloom, here side by side.
PRIMROSES and GORSE were in full bloom down here in DEVON. Sadly I didn't snap a single one.
Small SAND LIZARDS were basking at the farm, but legged it the moment I lifted the camera : ( maybe next time?
